The Book of Business section provides five intelligence views that surface patterns across your entire client list. Each view presents a focused card with relevant metrics and a CSV export option, giving you a data-driven picture of your practice without prescribing specific actions.

New advisors also see Set up your practice at the top of the Practice Dashboard, with a count of steps done. It lists six steps, in this order: Load your own policies, Set up your directory listing, Take the practice tour, Add a client (only you see it), Set up their policies, and Invite them. A step is done when its record exists — for example, a policy in your own household or a sent invite. Each step can be skipped, and Undo brings it back. Setup is complete when every step is done or skipped. This advisor card has no consumer quests or XP.
From the advisor dashboard, click Clients > Book of Business in the left navigation. You'll see all five intelligence cards on a single page.
