Any Smart List can be exported as a CSV file. The export reflects the list's current matching clients at the time of download.
Go to Clients → Smart Lists.
Open the Smart List you want to export.
Confirm the client count in the list matches your expectations.
Click "Export CSV" in the top-right corner of the list view.
The file downloads immediately — no confirmation dialog.
The CSV export includes one row per matching client with the following columns:

| Net Cash Value | Total CV minus total loans |

| Last Active | Date of last recorded activity |
| Tags | Comma-separated list |
| Assigned To | Team member name, or blank if unassigned |
The export is a point-in-time snapshot of the list. If you run the same Smart List export tomorrow and client data has changed, the results may differ. There is no "live" export that stays synced — exports are always a snapshot of now.
If you need regular exports for reporting or outreach sequences in an external tool, schedule a recurring reminder to re-export the list on your preferred cadence.
All exports are logged in your practice's activity history with your account name and timestamp. This is consistent with how individual client exports are recorded.
