When an advisor belongs to an active agency, team members are invited into the agency workspace instead of only one advisor's solo practice. This gives staff one operating context for the agency's shared client work.
Agency team members are staff/operator seats, not advisor seats. They do not become agency advisors, receive public advisor profiles, or get access to any advisor's personal banking workspace.
What Agency Team Members Can Work On
Agency team members can help operate the shared agency workspace:
- Shared agency clients and prospects
- Pipeline records and CRM activity
- Notes, reminders, and tasks
- Scenarios prepared for client work
- Policy loading and manual client data entry where the client has shared access
- Client-seat invitations, assignment, revocation, expiration edits, and seat defaults
Their access follows the agency workspace. If a client belongs to the agency shared pool, an active agency team member can help with that record according to the client's agency consent and the permissions available in the practice context.
What Stays Advisor-Only
Agency team membership does not grant:
- Any advisor's personal banking-system dashboard
- Personal policy, loan, deployment, goal, or document data for an advisor
