Deployment Income Timeline

• Filter by asset type to isolate income from real estate, promissory notes, equipment, or other categories

What to look for: Income consistency and growth trends. The cumulative line shows your total cash received trajectory.

Capital Flow Diagram

A Sankey-style flow visualization showing where your capital originates and where it flows.

How to read it:

• Left side (sources): Policy loans, external loans, cash, and deployment proceeds
• Right side (destinations): Your various deployments and asset types
• Width of flows: Proportional to the dollar amount moving through each path
• Summary bar: Shows total cash value, total loans, total deployed, and total income

What to look for: The balance between policy loan-funded and cash-funded deployments. A healthy banking system typically shows capital flowing through policy loans and cycling back as deployment income.

Net Cash Value

A stacked bar chart tracking your total cash value, deployment valuations, loan balances, and Net Cash Value over time.

How to read it:

• Cash Value bars: Your policies' combined cash value
• Valuations bars: Current market value of your deployments
• Loan bars: Outstanding policy loan balances
• Net Cash Value line: The difference — total assets minus total loans
• Use the time range selector (6M, 1Y, 3Y, ALL)

What to look for: Net Cash Value trending upward over time. The gap between total assets (CV + valuations) and loans is your system's equity.

Year-over-Year Comparison

A side-by-side comparison showing this year's monthly metrics against the prior year.

How to read it:

• Each month shows current year vs. prior year for both cash value growth and deployment income
• This helps you identify whether your banking system is accelerating, maintaining pace, or contracting relative to the previous period

What to look for: Current year exceeding prior year in both metrics indicates a growing banking system.

Deployment Comparison

A table comparing your active assets side by side.

How to read it:

• Spread: The difference between deployment return and policy loan cost
• Cash-on-Cash: Income received relative to capital deployed, annualized
• Days Deployed: How long capital has been at work
• Sparklines: Recent cash flow trends for each deployment

What to look for: Compare spread and cash flow consistency across asset types to understand which deployments are contributing most to your system's velocity.

Data Sources

All analytics charts are built from your recorded data:

• Cash Value Growth draws from policy snapshots you've entered
• Income Timeline draws from deployment cash flows you've recorded
• Capital Flow aggregates your loan, deployment, and cash flow records
• Portfolio combines snapshots and deployment valuations

Charts labeled "Actual" reflect data you've entered. If you see gaps, adding more frequent snapshots and cash flow entries will improve the picture.
