Searching and Navigating Policy Stack

Search matches what things are called, never what they are worth. It does not search policy numbers, account numbers, or dollar amounts. A standalone amount returns no results instead of showing unrelated records or help articles.

How Results Are Organized

Search results are grouped into Pages, Record, Your records, and Help. Each result shows enough context to distinguish the destination before you open it.

Click any result (or press Enter with it highlighted) to navigate directly to that item.

When nothing matches, Ask the assistant passes the question into the AI Assistant. Search itself never changes a record or performs an action.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar is your primary navigation menu and is always accessible:

On desktop, the sidebar remains visible and can collapse to a narrow rail. On smaller screens, it opens as a full-width drawer from the menu button in the top bar. Settings is available from the avatar menu in the updated navigation.

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

• Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar
• Tap any navigation item to go to that page — the sidebar closes automatically
• The global search shortcut is not available via keyboard on mobile, but you can tap the search icon in the top bar to open the same search overlay

Help

On desktop, choose Help in the lower-right corner to open the assistant. Some pages show suggested questions about that feature. Choose one or ask your own.

On mobile, open Help Center from the sidebar to browse articles. To contact the team, open Settings and choose Support.
