Some carriers don't mail a loan accounting statement — instead, their online portal has a "Transaction Activity" page listing every payment and loan alongside each other. Import from portal history reads a screenshot of that page and records the loan rows for you, without you needing to type them in.
Choose Backfill loan activity → AI Extract → Upload a document, the same entry used for loan accounting statements. Policy Stack identifies the document format after upload; there is no separate portal-history button.
The upload is available on the Loans page, policy Loans tab, and writable advisor policy workspace. PDF exports and screenshots are supported. Importing requires Builder Pro for personal accounts.
Only loan rows are imported here
A portal transaction history may mix premium payments, repayments, and loans taken. This review imports only selected loans taken, each recorded at the transaction's Net Amount, the cash received. When the carrier charged interest in advance (the printed Interest Amount, or Gross less Net where no Interest column is shown), that interest is recorded as a separate interest charge on the loan, so the loan balance rises by the Gross Amount. Repayments are not recorded by this review. It lists each repayment on the page with its total, and on a policy loan Review N repayments opens Add past repayments pre-filled with those dates, amounts, and descriptions. Nothing is recorded until you check the rows and choose Record there. A row starts unchecked, with its reason shown, when it doesn't match the document's own math, when it could not be compared with recorded repayments, when a repayment with the same date and amount is already recorded, when the same amount is recorded within 7 days, or when it is dated before the active loan started. Select all skips them. Premium and PUA rows use the separate premium-history import. This path does not reconcile the balance to a carrier statement total.
